Jozseph began playing with these aromatics in tea in 1972 at India Joze Restaurant as a way of mollifying a troublesome coffee habit. Since that time, Joze has served over 20,000 gallons of the stuff, cup by cup, pot by pot.
Jozseph's Chai is the tea-less tea, that makes tea all it can be. Similar aromatics have been used for health and recreation during the long history of tea in India

A secret process maintains all the freshness of his signature blend of spices, ready to release their full aromas in your cup or pot.

You freshly brew your own cup of tea, which can be a variety of black or green or herbal infusions or Pov-Er-Tee (hot water), then add milk or non-dairy creamer(not the chemical stuff, try rice, almond, or soy milk) and a spoonful of Jozseph's Chai to taste.Second thoughts.
Keeps indefinitely without refrigeration. Take it with you: you don't have to wonder where you can get chai any more.
Available in one pound jars which make about 25 cups.
Beverages are only the beginning. Check out my recipes for quick chutneys, hot mulled wine, main dishes and more.
