Santa Cruz' Premier Hometown Festival comes again to Louden Nelson
India Joze will be purveying Wild and Captive Mushroom Specialties from the trailer outside and inside too.
Jozseph will be doing the Lecture/Demonstration thing Sunday 1/15 on the Fun, Fancy and Fecklessness of Fungal Foodification Fundamentals.

Wok that Beer! Hopefully early February
India Joze Catering and Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing
have teamed up to take you on a culinary beer journey and you won't even have to leave Santa Cruz. They will delight and amaze you by demonstrating culinary ideas that incorporate beer into recipes from around the world while you sip on beers from the brewery.

You must purchase tickets in advance from the brewery. Last year we SOLD OUT!

Let Chef Jozseph of India Joze Restaurant show you the equipment and techniques to whip up feasts for all occasions. (Appetizers, relishes/salsas/chutnies, fresh breads, curries, rice dishes, desserts, and more.) Experienced cooks and neophytes alike are enthusiastic about this blend of culinary, anthropological, and nutritional tips. Come hungry, full dinner included.
